ATIS Footprints may be used to submit questions, view updates and solutions to questions you have submitted, as well as locate answers from previous issues in the ATIS Footprints Knowledge Base. If you have never used ATIS Footprints before, please Sign Up Here.

To submit a question via ATIS Footprints:

  1. Login to ATIS Footprints
  2. Click the Submit Request button (located in the top middle of the screen)
  3. Under Issue Information, for Issue Category, select Ask a question
  4. For Issue Subcategory, select from the options available or select 'other'.
  5. Under Description, type your question.
  6. Press the GO button.
